Yes, as much as we pride our fire extinguisher as a home decor piece, it’s more important that the fire extinguisher can be used when needed. It is important that you regularly check that the pressure needle is still within the green zone. We recommend this check once per month.

We recommend a full servicing every 2 years OR when the pressure needle falls out of green zone, which ever comes first.

Servicing costs SGD30, which includes collection from you at your convenient timing, full servicing and delivery back to you, again at your convenient timing.

Yes, every fire extinguisher comes with a wall mounting bracket.

Shipping & Delivery

Unfortunately, due to cost considerations, we are not able to use tracked deliveries.

We will call you to arrange preferred timing prior to delivery. In the unfortunate event that no one is able to receive the item, we can arrange another complimentary delivery. But if that fails again, you will need to pay SGD10 for the 3rd and subsequent delivery attempts.

From point of full payment, it’ll take approximately 2 weeks. We are working on options to have a faster delivery

Warranty & Returns

General

  • Warranty registration is required to qualify for warranty.
  • All items are inspected thoroughly prior to delivery. Where possible, a picture will be sent to consumer first before delivery.
  • Blaze Guard reserves the right to refuse any 1-1 exchange if the defect is deemed to be caused by consumer, intentionally or unintentionally.

Smoke Alarms

  • 10 years battery warranty (T&C applies)
    In absence of a review/recommendation to our Facebook page, a 3 years battery warranty will apply instead.
  • 100 days fully refundable trial (T&C applies)
  • 7 days 1-1 exchange for physical defects
    • Includes only the following:
      • Cracks on smoke alarm
  • 1st year 1-1 exchange for mechanical failures
    • Includes only the following:
      • Testing of smoke alarm fails

Fire Extinguishers

  • 7 days 1-1 exchange for physical defects
    • Includes only the following:
      • Scratch marks on fire extinguisher that are clearly visible from a distance of 30cm
      • Broken safety clip
      • Cracked pressure gauge
  • 1 year 1-1 exchange if pressure gauge falls out of green zone

We regret to inform that items once purchased is not refundable, with the exception of special programs such as 100 Days Trial where such programs are governed by a different set of Terms & Conditions.

All our products have a 7 days 1-1 exchange policy in event of physical defects. Please refer to Warranty for more details.

  1. You are either a Singapore citizen, Singapore resident, Employment Pass holder, S Pass Holder or Work Permit holder to qualify for this 100 Days Trial program with our smoke alarm.
  2. If you are not completely satisfied with our smoke alarm , you may return the unit for a full refund within 100 days of your purchase date.
  3. This program is strictly limited to one (1) return only per household address/registered individual. If an order includes more than one (1) , the customer may return one (1) .
  4. If a return has been made from the initial order, that household address/registered individual will not be eligible for additional 100-day trials on subsequent orders of smoke alarms.
  5. Refund request be liaised with Blaze Guard via email: support@yourblazeguard.com prior to sending the smoke alarm and its accessories back.
  6. The original receipt showing proof of purchase and date of purchase is required.
  7. On Blaze Guard’s confirmation that refund request is valid, the following items must be included as part of return:
    • Smoke Alarm
    • Mounting Bracket (If double sided tape is used to mount mounting bracket to ceiling, please take care during removal to prevent breakage to the mounting bracket)
    • Original Packaging Box
    • Instruction Manual
  8. You will cover return shipping expenses.
  9. You will be refunded the unit price of the smoke alarm, less the following:
    • discounted amount received
    • SGD$10 amount to cover for transaction processing costs
  10. Blaze Guard reserves the right to refuse a full refund in the event of physical damage to the smoke alarm, including but not limited to, stains, cracks, breakages, or liquid damage (spills, soiling) resulting from inappropriate use by any one.

  2. 10 Years Battery Warranty applies only if both conditions below are met:
    1. the smoke alarm has been registered for warranty with Blaze Guard.
    2. a review/recommendation has been given. Refer to this link for step-by-step guide in giving a review/recommendation.
  3. For avoidance of doubt, if #2.2 is not done, only a 3 years battery warranty applies.
  4. Warranty period is 10 years from date of purchase of , NOT date of warranty registration.
  5. Blaze Guard will conduct a 1-1 exchange if the smoke alarm enters LOW BATTERY MODE (refer to instruction manual) within warranty period.
  6. 1-1 exchange request must be liaised with Blaze Guard via email: support@yourblazeguard.com first.
  7. Original receipt showing proof of purchase and date of purchase is required.
  8. 1-1 exchange can only be done in person at a location mutually agreed.
  9. The following item(s) must be returned as part of 1-1 exchange:
    • Smoke Alarm
  10. Warranty is strictly limited to only one (1) 1-1 exchange per smoke alarm purchased. This also means should the replacement smoke alarm enters LOW BATTERY MODE within 10 years of date of purchase, a 1-1 exchange will not be considered.
  11. Blaze Guard reserves the right to refuse a 1-1 exchange in the event of physical damage to the smoke alarm, including but not limited to, stains, cracks, breakages, or liquid damage (spills, soiling) resulting from inappropriate use by any one.

Serial number of fire extinguisher can be found near the base of the fire extinguisher itself. It may be a bit hard to read, so you may have to put it up against the light to see the number.

To qualify for the 10 Years Battery Warranty program, you will need to give us a review on our Facebook page, in addition to registration of warranty.

It is ok to give a less-than-good review / recommendation if you genuinely feel we fall short in some areas. We want to continuously improve ourselves! And yes, even if the review / recommendation isn’t good, you will still qualify for the 10 years battery warranty.
