SCDF accepts multiple certifications for HFAD (home fire alarm devices) other than CoC (certificate of conformity). This model of smoke detector has an international certificate of constancy of performance that’s certified by TUV Rheinland. This is considered as CE marked with certification from approved 3rd Party Notified Bodies.

SCDF FSC Form Completion
This is how one would fill up the SCDF FSC form on sheet HFAD_PLS.
- SCDF Approved Plan No: This cell cannot be left blank. Ensure you have keyed in the approved reference number (e.g., BP or FP plan number) for this project.
- Project Address: Ensure the site address matches the exact block, street name, and postal code listed on your Notice of Approval (NOA) and delivery documents.
- Certification Category: CE marked with certification from approved 3rd party Notified Bodies
- Certificate Body: TUV Rheinland
- Certificate Number: 1008-CPR-MC 69267094 0001
- Validity Period From: 18/04/2024
- Validity Period To: Leave it blank
- Delivery Order Date: Date printed on delivery order
The following documents must also be submitted:
- Certificate Upload: The actual PDF copy of the CE Certificate of Conformity / Declaration of Performance (DoP) must be uploaded as a supporting attachment alongside the Excel file.
- Delivery Order (DO): The Delivery Order Date must match the Delivery Order Date above.
